I really enjoyed my first day of mini sessions!  I love the Back to School theme--such cute props :)

Sweet little Danielle was 6 days old when her family brought her over for me to photograph.  Her big brother, Xander is absolutely in love with her :) Enjoy!

Emily was wanting a Western feel for her maternity photos.  She's expecting a little girl in September and her father really was hoping for a granddaughter.  Sadly, he passed away last year before he could have a chance to meet her.  So Emily brought some pieces to bring her dad into their pictures--her belt, buckle, boots and her cowboy hat that he had given to her. The barn was a beautiful backdrop to help out with our theme, and we ended the evening in a gorgeous field with a beautiful sunset and even the moon shining brightly.  It was a gorgeous session, especially with Emily and Chris' son, Tyler smiling his adorable smile.  I can't wait to meet the little girl next month!  Enjoy!

I can't believe it has been about a year since I photographed this adorable family!  Fiona is just growing like a weed, as they say :)  And has such an adorable little personality--with just the right amount of attitude.  Anneka and Jesse wanted their family pictures taken in their beautiful home nestled in the South Hills of Eugene this year.  And Anneka also has some beautiful little pieces incorporated into the session to honor her mother, who passed away this year. Enjoy!

I love this couple.  I had so much fun photographing their beautiful wedding.  They are so much fun!  Andrea was I'm sure, the most laid back bride ever.  She was a delight to work with and looked absolutely gorgeous.  Curt was very GQ-esque in his tux :)  The event was in Springfield, Oregon at Along Came Trudy .  A gorgeous and rustic wedding venue surrounded by orchards and next to the McKenzie River.  The ceremony took place right by the river and the bride and groom exited via boat :)  The reception was in an open barn with lovely white lights strung throughout.  Guests enjoyed the wood fired pizza, huge sweets and dessert tables, and a s'mores bar. This little man was just perfect, even if he is a Beaver fan :p  He was just a mere 7 days old and so adorable.  He slept the entire time for me and was so cooperative!  And the family dog, Bailey did great as well--just like in Christa's maternity session.  Enjoy!

So excited to photograph my first wedding as the primary photographer today.  Congratulations to Curt and Andrea!  I had the pleasure of photographing their engagement photos and their maternity photos.  Can't wait to share images from today.  It's going to be an amazingly beautiful day!

My oldest daughter is starting in the 2 year room at a Pre-school this year!  It will only be 2 days per week for a few hours, but I think she will love it!  I wanted to commemorate this time and also give an example of what a Back to School Mini Session set-up would be like.  Contact me to schedule one with your child soon!
