Mr. Henry was such a joy to photograph!  His mama was the winner of my Baby Bump contest back in August.  So this was a newborn mini session that lasted about 1 ½ hours.  Hannah calls him her Henry Bear, so of course we needed to put my bear hat on in :)  And I even caught a very regular occurrence on camera!  Henry needed to relieve himself, lol :)  And I just loooovvveee his chunky rolls!  He was a big boy born over 9 pounds!  Congrats to his family and welcome little guy :)  Enjoy!

I had 3 beautiful families sign up for my Easter Mini Sessions this past weekend.  They were my first photo shoots in my NEW STUDIO!  Ahh!  I'm so excited to have my own space.  And my husband is so excited that my plethora of props is out of our house :)  Stay tuned for a blog post with pretty pictures of my new cozy space. The kiddos loved the rocking chair--I use it with almost every session that has little ones.  They all love it!  And my bunny and chicks and plastic eggs were a hit too :)  I love how the set-up turned out and am really happy with how all the sessions went. This couple was absolutely adorable :)  They braved the snowy roads to get to our session and at the end of our shoot, they were troopers and went out for a snow shot!  They were not wearing any type of snow gear in that picture--please do not attempt at home, folks :p Can't wait to meet their little boy in a couple months!  They took advantage of my New Year special and received this maternity mini session for free with the booking of their newborn session.  All these different set-ups in 20 minutes and they are receiving over 35 images :) Enjoy!

My husband and I are expecting our second baby and today was our anatomy scan.  Our baby looks perfectly healthy and measuring one week ahead!  We had the tech write the sex down in an envelope with an ultrasound picture showing the shot in question :) I made a pull piñata a couple weeks ago and cut up a bunch of confetti--blue and pink.  I separated them and asked my sister to come over and help us with our reveal.  I set the scene and my camera up and then these pictures are the result!  So we are having another beautiful little girl :)  We are so excited!
