Eugene Springfield, Oregon Child Photographer: The Gmelch Family

Such a beautiful and sweet family I spent my Sunday morning with this past weekend :)  I did the twin girls', Caroline and Evelyn, 1 year cake smash session and I can't believe it was already a year ago!  They have grown so much and so has their big brother, Oliver.  They have also become a little more opinionated in the past year, as many 2 year olds do :)  We can just say it was one of the most difficult toddler sessions I've had to date and I think mom, dad and myself were all a littler nervous there wouldn't be any sister pictures!  Or a family picture for that matter.  But we worked together to come up with some ideas to get some great smiles out of all 3 kiddos.  It's amazing what a beanbag and throwing some gum at children can accomplish ;)

Eugene, Oregon baby photographer: Hattie is ONE!

Hattie’s mom, Shanna, brought her in last month for a one year birthday cake smash photography session. Shanna (yes, her name is both spelled and pronounced the same as mine!) wanted to do a strawberry theme to go along with the banner and adorable outfit she had made for Hattie. What a talented lady! Looks like when it comes to the sewing machine she is a force to be reckoned with! Both the outfit and the banner were so cute and I was more than willing to figure out something a little different to match.
