Eugene, Oregon newborn photographer: Welcome Maverick!

Danielle and Calvin brought their adorable baby boy Maverick to see me for a newborn photography session last month. Danielle and I are in the Junior League of Eugene together. We both chaired different committees last year so were able to get to know each other a little bit through that. She is just one of the sweetest people! I was so excited when I heard that she and Calvin were expecting, and absolutely thrilled when they chose me to be their newborn photographer !

Eugene Oregon newborn photographer: Welcome Rosalee!

Is anyone else reeling at how fast this summer has flown by? I can’t believe it’s almost September and time to be thinking about backpacks and books instead of lake days and swimsuits! One thing I can always count on though, no matter what the season, is a steady flow of adorable newborns and their families making tracks to my Eugene, Oregon photography studio .

Eugene, Oregon newborn photographer: Welcome Benjamin!

Becka brought in her almost 4-week-old son Benjamin for some photos last month. Becka and I were in MOMs Club of Eugene together when our oldest daughters were just babies. That was about seven and a half years ago now—hard to believe! It was so great to see her again. I was thrilled when she reached out to me about doing a newborn photography session for the latest addition to her family.

Eugene, Oregon newborn photographer: Choosing Between a Full and Mini Newborn Photography Session

Jennifer and Brian brought new baby Eli to my studio last month for a mini newborn photography session. What a cute little guy! He did an awesome job for me and was such a sweetie. As a Eugene, Oregon photographer , I offer both full and mini newborn photoshoots. These are both great options to record your little one’s brand new baby stage—it just depends which one best suits your needs.

Eugene, Oregon twin newborn photographer: Welcome Elijah and Cassidy!

It was so wonderful to see this family again! I haven’t seen Katharina and Jacob for almost two years, since a Christmas mini session back when their daughter Karoline was just a baby. She’s grown up so much and is a big sister now—to twins!

Eugene, Oregon newborn photographer: Welcome Matthew!

So, you’d never know it to look at him, but little Matthew was ten weeks old at this newborn photography session! Normally I photograph new babies sometime during their first two weeks of life. They’re still very sleepy at that stage, very flexible and easy to pose, and small enough to fit in all of my props and outfits. In this case though, Matthew decided to arrive a full ten weeks before we were expecting him. I guess he wanted to get the jump on us!

Eugene, Oregon baby and child photographer: Lennon is ONE!

What a fun adventure to have Lennon in my studio again—this time for his one-year cake smash photography session. This little guy is baby number three in his family. I photographed him and his older siblings Harrison and Holland as newborns, and I also photographed them at their one-year mark. Photographing three babies in the same family was a milestone for me as a Eugene, Oregon photographer , and I love seeing this family so regularly. All three of the kiddos have their own unique personality and are so different from each other, but all such cuties! They definitely keep me on my toes!

Eugene, Oregon baby and child photographer: Outdoor cake smash with Addalynn!

I’m so excited to share the photos from this cake smash photography session with all of you! Jamie (mom) requested an outdoor cake smash for Addalynn’s birthday. Although I do lots of outdoor photography, an outdoor cake smash was a first for me. I’ve always wanted to try it though, so I was really looking forward to this session. It turned out great and we ended up having so much fun together!

Eugene, Oregon baby and child photographer: Julia is ONE!

Elyse brought in little Julia for her one-year cake smash photography session. I was the Eugene, Oregon photographe r for this sweetheart when she was a newborn, and have also done her big sister’s pictures, so although only part of the family was able to make it this time, it was wonderful to have Julia and her mom back for some milestone shots. This was a mini session, so we just did the one setup and spent about twenty minutes together in the studio. We got some great photos of this cutie!
