Eugene, Oregon maternity photographer: Leslie

I had so much fun doing this maternity photography session with Leslie! She came to my Eugene, Oregon photography studio a few days after Valentine’s to record this exciting time in preparation for baby’s arrival. This was a session of firsts for me, and I’m so glad Leslie was willing to be my first client to try out several of my new maternity options.

Eugene, Oregon newborn photographer: Welcome Theodore!

Faith and Garrison brought in cutie Theodore for his newborn photography session a few days before Valentine’s. What an adorable little guy! Faith scheduled this newborn session early in her pregnancy, so I’ve been waiting a long time to meet this baby boy. (Although it’s true that I get a little impatient sometimes to meet my littlest clients—can you blame me?—it’s actually great to book your session nice and early, exactly like Faith did. Doing that ensures you have a place on the schedule, and makes it easy to adjust dates if baby decides to come early. You never know with newborns!) Anyway, Theodore was totally worth the wait—I’m sure you’ll think so too!

Eugene, Oregon maternity photographer: Zoey

This gorgeous mother-to-be was interested in a studio maternity photography session, but also loved the idea of a milk bath. Fortunately, there’s really no need to choose between them! For a small additional fee we can roll both types of sessions into one, starting out in the studio and then finishing up with milk bath photos. It’s a great option if you really want both kinds of pictures, and is a wonderful way to add some variety to your maternity photo collection.

Eugene, Oregon baby and child photographer: Milan is ONE!

My last session of January was a one-year baby photography session, complete with cake smash! So much fun. Mom Kenddi reached out to me after hearing about my work from a friend of hers that I had done photography for. I appreciate it so much when my clients refer their friends and family to me—it’s the best way that my business as a Eugene, Oregon photographer grows, plus it’s great to meet new families and learn about their connections to other clients. So thanks so much to all of you for those referrals—and feel free to keep them coming!

Eugene, Oregon newborn photographer: Welcome Sloane!

Is anybody else wondering where summer is? I was hoping for some amazing sunny days in June, but so far it’s been rainy and overcast here in Eugene. (According to my weather app the sunshine starts tomorrow—I hope it’s right!) We might have to wait for gorgeous weather, but at least you don’t have to wait for gorgeous baby pictures. I’m so excited to show off these beautiful images from Sloane’s newborn photography session back in January. She was such a pretty girl and I know you’ll fall in love with her just like I did.

Eugene, Oregon newborn photographer: Welcome Cardin!

I’m excited to share these photos with you from a session I did in mid-January. I had a little break over Christmas and New Year’s, but I was ready to jump right back into it after the holidays. This mega-cute little man was my first session of 2020—he got me off to a great start!

Eugene, Oregon newborn photographer: Welcome Sam!

How is everyone adjusting to Phase 2? Honestly, it doesn’t feel a whole lot different to me, but it’s nice to know we’re making progress and are hopefully on the road to some level of normalcy. I am seeing clients again, which is awesome! It was a hard few weeks not being able to have all those beautiful babies and families in my studio. As a Eugene, Oregon photographer , capturing memories is my passion, and it was sad not to be able to do photo sessions, so I’m really glad to be back at it.

Eugene, Oregon newborn photographer: Welcome Harrison!

Here’s another newborn photography session from December. This one took place just a few days before Christmas. December tends to be a busy month for everyone, but I’m always glad families make the time to visit the studio and bring their sweet babies to see me. Jessica and Terry brought in their little guy Harrison for photos shortly after they welcomed him to the family. He was such a cutie! Enjoy the photos!

Eugene, Oregon newborn photographer: Welcome King!

Hope everyone is continuing to stay well and healthy! After such a rainy weekend, I’m glad to see the sunshine this week and feel like summer is on its way. This newborn photography session took place way back in December (which feels like forever ago—back when the world still felt normal). Enjoy! There’s nothing like a new baby to restore your hope in the world and remind you that everything is going to be okay.
